“Mr Afzal Delbar, Secretary General of the Freeport Operators Association,  has been awarded the  Africa Leadership Award 2014  in the “Promotion of a trade body”.

The Award has been conferred by the World CSR Day and the Stars of the Industry Group.

The Award is conferred on “Outstanding professionals who have the vision, flair, acumen and professionalism to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills in an organisation, making changes and achieving results”.

Mr Afzal Delbar being the Executive Member of the Federation of Clearing and Forwarding Associations of Southern Africa (FCFASA), has played a major role to ease business between African Countries by removing useless barriers”.
